Tianjin University invents a device for measuring carbon fiber reinforced plastics based on electromagnetic sensing, which belongs to the field of carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP) nondestructive testing technology. The 8million ton/year refining and chemical integration project of Sinopec Anqing Branch was launched to build an inductive displacement sensor based on electromagnetic sensing to measure whether the carbon fiber reinforced plastic device has a sliding contact, including an excitation coil, a receiving coil, a signal conditioning and acquisition unit, a power amplifier and an upper computer. Both the excitation coil and the receiving coil are composed of winding on a flat magnetic core; The excitation coil and the receiving coil are placed on the carbon fiber reinforced plastic plate, and rotate in the way of increasing angle. At each angle, the excitation signal is applied to the excitation coil, and the induction signal on the receiving coil is collected; According to the collected signals, the upper computer processes the signals to find the extension direction of carbon fiber reinforced plastics. The product can test CFRP quickly and non-contact in the non-contact condition, which is of great significance in the field of aerospace material testing
