when the printing white appeared

If the printing pressure gap is 4 mm, reduce the gap to 3 mm, or show white; Continue to increase the printing pressure and adjust it to 2 mm. By this time, the cardboard has been flattened and the printing font has been pasted, but the printing is still exposed

so the printing press commander rushed to the management personnel to collectively study the causes of the exposure. Ink problem? Cardboard problem? Equipment problems? As time goes by, it takes a lot of time and energy to plug in and out the interface on the controller. The controller must be powered off. The problem is still unsolved. In fact, it's not that the problem is difficult to solve, but that we have wrong methods in operation, and we always start to adjust when problems occur

then how to avoid and solve the problem of printing white

first, the preparation before printing is inevitable

1. Check the ink viscosity before the ink is put on the machine to see if it is normal

the common problem is that the ink viscosity is too low, which is easier to occur after repeated use. Because in the production process, printers often add water to the ink barrel, resulting in the decline of ink viscosity. Therefore, the printing ink must be tested before being put on the machine

2. Check whether the printing plate is in good condition

if the printing plate is used for a long time or there is too much ink dirt on the printing plate, the ink transfer amount of the printing plate will be reduced. When the ink transfer amount is reduced, the printing whitening phenomenon will often occur

3. The cleaning of the wrinkle roll

directly affects the printing situation. A large part of it is that the blockage of the wrinkle roll has not been cleaned up, so the ink load of the wrinkle roll is small, resulting in the white phenomenon of printing

II. Learn how to eliminate printing whiteness

1. First detect the thickness value of the unprinted paperboard, and then check the thickness value of the paperboard that Huntsman innovated hydrophilic materials to promote the growth of greenhouse crops after the paperboard came out of the paper feeding unit to see whether the paperboard was crushed by the paper feeding wheel. If the cardboard is crushed, solve the problem of cardboard crushing first. The paper feeding gap is -0.3mm thick

2. Check whether the printing plate pressure is normal, and you can check whether the printing plate has enough ink. The hardness of the printing plate is suitable for the field version

3. If the above is correct, increase the printing pressure value. The pressure value should not be too large, which is easy to produce printing paste, slow printing and accelerated wear

of course, if the viscosity of the printing ink is correct, the printing plate and the embossing roller are good, or the printing is exposed white. The main adjustment direction is dominated by the ink process. The printing pressure should not be increased all the time, and the viscosity of the ink and the permeability of the ink can continue to be improved. The printing machine can also be adjusted to the paper feeding state for printing
